Is there a site where webmasters can pay together for plugins/addons/...?

Hi,

I often look for some custom made plugin or addon (wp) and components (Joomla) for CMS-Systems. I often realize that some other people are also looking for such codings. So my question, is there any forum or website, where I can find some webmasters also looking for webmasters to share the costs and work together for optimizing it to perfection?

Any ideas are welcome, thank you!

    Not that I know off.

    Would love to see a website offering software, apps, plugins (etc) for a discount if more buys at the same time, something like Groupon.

    So in generell less people are interested in this... I´m really wondering why because odesk and all freelancer portals are full of work for coders - all with the same things and nearly all will get not good results coded - mostly...

    Possibly you could team up with someone, split the cost and get a freelancer to do the project, by posting it on one of the bid - freelance groups. The important thing would be that only a single person should manage the project. It may not be easy to get both parties to agree to specs.

      I would call it partnership - why piracy? Nowadays in times of auto-rewriters and -posters, bulk submitters, .... and so on it`s complete fair in my opinion. Also some people wanted software patents in early days what are already registered in Europe (mostly big companies everybody know);

      And reality? -> is that then no homepage will be any more available as they have already anything patented, like a button with "OK" and so on. No open source would be and no os-cms. So I would like to have to get a platform to get in touch with people to partner up for some work.

        You want to buy software to share with a bunch of people, why don't you just shoot the product owner an email and ask what they think about your idea?
