Can you think of a few examples where you used your creativity to solve a problem?
Every once in awhile I encounter a stumbling block to success in my online business. Sometimes I'm able to get around and other times it's not a huge deal, so I pony up the extra cash, resources, time etc. I do quite a bit of reading, so I'm often able to rely on the use of precedents should an unfamiliar problem arise.
Like, for example, this one time I was working with a friend to increase participation in the forum section of his site. He started a few threads with some interesting(in his opinion) articles to kick things off. It seemed like lots of people were reading, but only a small portion of them were actually participating. He was scratching his head so I suggested opening a "suggestion" thread where people could post ideas of what they'd like to see on the site. Kind of like a flycatcher deal where people could drop in and add to the thread. As he started to actually implement the suggestions, people started actually posting comments, questions, etc, and it just snowballed from there. A simple fix really.
So this got me to thinking, I wonder what types of problems other people here on the forum have encountered while building their businesses and how they managed to solve them.
So my questions - Can you think of a time when you had to use creativity to solve a problem in your affiliate marketing business? What was the problem and how did you get around it?
