Amazon Affiliate Program & Illinois residents

Is it true that residents of Illinois cannot participate in the affiliate marketing program offered by Amazon.com?

Can someone please clarify?

Illinois is trying a LOT of NEAT(sarc) things that will REALLY HELP! I mean they will REALLY HELP other states! They will HURT illinois.

IL Amazon affiliates are still in business. The bill was passed in both houses, BUT the gov has not signed it. He has 60 days to sign it or veto it. You can keep the pressure on by calling and emailing his office.
