Hi Warriors,

I'm planning on meeting with some web designers and I need to get a non disclosure agreement to protect my ideas.

Does anyone know where I can get my hands on a template online?

This is the kind of thing that Google is made for - always try them first.

Except of course when you find out your web designer owns your website design because you used Google and found a generic form. If you want to use Google, ask Google's legal department what they use. Not what some robot found trolling the web.

I was on the phone yesterday with an attorney representing a company a client of mine recently sued. They biffed their confidentiality agreement and are now screwed and about to pay a heavy price. Guess what - they cheaped out with a generic Internet legal form. But that's the way it goes.

A NDA is one of the forms you can get at the Internet Marketing Law Center. Might as well get yourself a discount by finding one of my WSOs.

If seen such workings in the light of legalities, the workings of today are governed by one such practice usually referred as non-disclosure agreement.I have a blog Post helps in getting more information on NDA.
