Writing a Great Article

so i just wrote what i believe to be a very good article (512 words) on the importance "maintaining X to make Y great". obviously it has a link back to my main site at the end but i need advice on optimizing for a couple keywords i am aiming for.

i have about 5 or 6 paragraphs with 4 sentences in each. should i include the keyword phrase ex: turkey fryer temperature (made up scenario) in each paragraph?

curious as i've never seo optimized my article before

    Use the keyword phrase in the title if possible. In the first 160 characters if possible. Then about 1 every 100 - 150 words. Again in the last paragraph.


    Remember to do some research on the keyword in your scenario you could include .

    deep fry a turkey
    deep frying a turkey
    butterball turkey fryer

    Of course these are just examples but they are all possibilities to include in the article.
