Fastest Way to Push Down Negative Results?

What's the the fastest (and easiest) way to get the negative content pushed onto page 2 or 3?

    Write 10 articles on ezine articles praising your business. *edit* see tim's post below mine, he's right* And then submit each one to 10 social bookmarking sites.

      That actually won't work at all!

      Why? because if you have ever checked google for any keyword and seen ezinearticles listed then you will notice they rarely have more than 1 listing (most ive seen is 2) in the top 10.

      Why? because google likes to show content from different sites and if it were that easy (even for the easy low competition keywords) then autoblogs and spun content would rule the world.

      Now doing that and posting them on different sites would work better... but im sure you would need more than just social bookmarking to bring them up!

      But what you did say was that you had the front page covered with positive reviews before (i persume you posted them) and so if so then reduce the work load and just build backlinks to those pages and they will soon move up.

      Positive SEO is much better than Negative!

    Right. I should have said split it between a few sites, and also to include links to the previous postive results. Brainfart.

    Ironically, the same thing you did to originally lock up the top 10 results.

    Create more sites, either by buying domains or using WordPress blogs and other hosted locations.

    Put a decent amount of content on them.

    Get quality backlinks.

    Or, just do that with whatever pages/sites you have that were previously on the first page and are now pushed down to the second page.

    Well, many believe that both negative and positive press are good. I would not worry all that much about the negative press as it will pass, especially if it is not completely true. Bad press is still press so the fact that your company is getting mentioned always helps.
