Home Page or Website PR is not the same as Link Page PR
I'm just making this post because there are just a lot of WSO's which are obscuring the issue of Website Rank with Web Page Rank.
A Website's Home Page may be considered its site rank. If say, the site is a forum site, if you make a profile on that forum, your profile page rank will start out as N/A. Each page on a website has its own individual PR value.
People are implying that you will get links from PR4 to PR8 pages, when in fact you are N/A page rank links, from sites with a home page rank of PR 4 to PR 8.
Is there some passing of authority based on home page PR? Yes probably, but not to the extent that people are making it out to be, as though its almost the same thing. Two totally different things.
Sellers who are obscuring this issue are engaging in a form of steep deception, and I'm a little sick of seeing it. Buyers should be given an accurate understanding of what they are paying for.
The thing is, a lot of these WSO's have decent value anyway. But people still somehow feel the need to dance around this issue, to make more sales. It is better to be truthful and not confuse newbies.
