Back end products and niche research

I have a product that I am going to market as "Add 2 hours to your day". Basically, it teaches people a way to sleep less and still get rested and energized.

When looking for back end products and trying to find out what this niche wants, what phrases do I look for? Is this time management? Is this efficiency? What the H#(( is this niche?

It does sound like time management or increased productivity. Honestly though if you already have list of people in the niche you can talk to directly I would survey and ask them personally.

I know for my self increasing productivity is a multi spectrum affair. Time is just one aspect of it. Increased energy and effectiveness are also some desired results. When you factor in those aspects you can start thinking about how food, sleep, stress, etc all play a role.

In the end people want the best results possible with the time and energy they do have to put in for whatever they are trying to accomplish.
