HELP Optimizing Local Service Business.

My keywords are drain cleaning miami, drain cleaning broward, drain cleaning southwest ranches, drain cleaning miami gardens ETC. I don't plan on making a separate page for each city or county. I was gonna use DRAIN CLEANING in my homepage and have a list of cities in the footer. Is this a good idea?

How would you optimize this site?

    If you want to do it right then make the home
    page be about general drain cleaning info with
    links to your sub-pages that are about specific
    drain cleaning info in those cities.

    You can do it the quick way or you can do it the right way...

      There a probably about 50 cities in the local area. I guess if I start creating a page for each now I'll be done sometime in 2014.:p Ill probably just make a different drain cleaning page for each of my 3 counties.

        If there are 50 cities to make a page for, make the pages. But you don't have to do it, outsource it on fiverr.com I've been able to get 3 pages for $5 (that's less than $100 to own the market as an authority).

    You could do both. A page for each and footer link for each. But here is what I think is most important for your on-site SEO: internal linking from deep pages back to your index.

    This is how you do the internal linking. On each internal page, remember to link back, in the bottom of the post/page, back to your index with the geotargeted keyword as the link. So at the bottom of the Drain Cleaning Broward post, you would have a sentence containing the phrase "Drain Cleaning Broward" and it would link to the index. That is solid internal linking and is beneficial to your whole site.
