For some unknown reason I went to my website today and the page wouldn't load and I got the following message.

"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.2.10 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.10 OpenSSL/0.9.8i DAV/2 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at www.monster-ps3.com Port 80"

I have not done anything, it was OK yesterday. It is a wordpress blog on my own domain. I can go to the admin page for the blog, I have tried changing themes etc etc but when I view the site i get the same message.

I have access to FTP for the site but I just do not know what has happen.

Can anyone help me please.

Sounds like your site is suspended.

Talk to your webhost, and find out why.

It could be an issue with storage. If you have exceeded your storage on the server, or that servers hard disk is full you might get errors like that. Or it could be an issue with hotlink protection.

Best course of action is to contact your host. Once you tell them the error, they will likely know the exact cause of the problem. Try to upload a file via FTP in Filezilla and give them the error the FTP program gives you.

        Hope that helps.

The site loaded up OK for me, too (using Firefox). Can you access cPanel on your site? If so, make sure you (or someone else) isn't blocking your IP address in IP Deny Manager. If it all checks out, get on to your hosting company as there sounds like there is some type of IP address conflict going on. Good luck!

The site loads perfectly fine for Firefox and Internet Explorer, may have just been a glitch or some downtime.

IMO - This site needs to be redesigned, it would be more appealing & attract more customers
