When Is the Right Time to Say You've Had Enough?
This question has always nagged at me.
At what point do you say that you have had enough of a non-performing member of your downline?
How much time do you give them? How many excuses can you put up with? Do you simply stop dealing with them entirely or follow up every so often? Do you come out a tell them directly that you can't help them anymore?
I found that the sooner you let that person know that you will not help them or work with them unless they work the business, the better off you and your business will be.
