  I think you may be overstating things a bit. I also don't think it would be a very cool thing to post an article here after telling people how bad a practice it is.
  
  That said, I think it does provide a good example of how to rant about negative practices in a positive way. But then, I may be biased.

George Lucas thinks the world is going to end in 2012.

Yesterday in the Off-Topic forum, there was a post on these huge UFOs heading for Earth with an ETA of December 2012.

Today, Paul Myers sends out an eMail talking about dangers and robots and closes it with alien-speak.

It's a conspiracy, man. It's clear we're all gonna die in two years.

Forget about eMails. Go outside and play while you still can!

See...I think there's common sense here...in my restaurant though...I've seen how little common sense actually exists.

Paul's message is timeless and while I'm a lot younger than the guys posting here (admitting I'm probably naive on a LOT of things) I think that even guys who "get it" still need to hear it from time to time.
