Need help: a testimonials dilemma !
He is a web designer, he has a nice website that shows few samples of his work.
He has many happy clients that wrote him great testimonials.
He has a dilemma if to publish these testimonials or not...
On one hand, such great testimonials from real people, including links to their website, is an impressive way to earn trust from new potential customers, it can "help" these potential customer to make a positive decision as hiring a web design services for their website.
On the other hand, when publishing REAL happy customer details (including link to their website), there is a good chance that competitors (other web designers) will dig into such information and contact these people in order to offer them some more web design services and actually "steal" a potential future work from my client.
I would love to hear your opinion about this!
