I am not sure people buy website builders based on their monetization strategy.

They might get a particular wp theme becasue it is easy to put ads in or easy to create new pages online.

Or they might use XSitePro because it comes with a bunch of templates and you can use html or php extensions, but as far as buying a program to build websites with because you are doing CPA, what would you do if you decide then to use Adsense, get a new website builder?

The latest edition of XSitePro has plenty of new features, including Facebook buttons and so on. But the built-in SEO tools are now better than ever, and AdSense marketplace can be accessed from within the software now, just like other marketplaces (Amazon and CB).

wordpress is a good option, but i want a wordpress theme that is one page with no links to lead visitors astray. the only link i want on a wordpress theme is to my actual offer. having a lot of difficulty when searching for that.

You are going to need a bit of knowledge about working with the insides of WP then. A bit of PHP knowledge and some CSS skills would help.

Most free themes have links in the footers that are supposed to kept there. And a lot of times you need to do more work in those to get rid of teh meta and blogroll areas.

YOu could try a premium theme liek Thesis or Flexsqueeze or even Socrates. Or get something like artisteer and make your own theme with just the features you want on it.

With wordpress you don't have to link anywhere else than to your offer. I actually had a cpa offer based WP website good for 200$ a month.
