Recruiting Affiliates - How do you do it?

I have several products which is going at 100% commission and a membership site going at 60% commission. I was wondering, how do I go about recruiting affiliates to market my products?

    I don't have affiliate programs with my products, so I don't have any experience with this, but from a personal point of view I would say you need to get your products in front of affiliates. Be it Clickbank etc, you have to let them see your product and the potential money they could make. This is how I have always chosen my products to promote as an affiliate. Either off Amazon, or clickbank

    So far we were offering a normal 25% commission to our affiliate partners. However since we started offering recurring commission we have managed to get a very good response.
