Am I always better off marketing my products this way?

I've finally finished my first niche infoproduct. I've been running PPC traffic and my sales page is converting at about 2.3%. Right now, I'm driving traffic directly to the sales page and people either buy or just go away. Will I make more sales by adding a squeeze page and followup series before the sales page? Will this drop my initial conversions?

Right now, this product is making me about $20 profit per day. What could I do to get this thing making me $50+/day? It's an ebook addressing a particular health problem. Offers a simple remedy. Is there anything I could do to further monetize my traffic or should I pay someone to write me a higher conversion salesletter?

Thanks.

Mike

    Mike ...

Apologies if I'm missing something really obvious ... but one way to start selling more would be to get some affiliates on board to help get the word out about the product ... sure, they get a bigger chunk than if you were selling it yourself, but overall you should get more sales ...

    I'm with anomaly.

    Why not get on Clickbank.

Do you have an opt in form as part of your sales page?

If not, may be worth while.

Are you split testing your copy. This is definitely a must in increasing your conversions.

    Regards

    Brett.

Thanks for the responses guys. I was thinking about the clickbank thing too. What is required to get your product listed on Clickbank? I had my salespage outsourced, and I'm not really sure which variables I could play with in a split test. Should I just go ahead and have another letter created by someone in the wso forum?
