Are there software that can do this?

I am looking to find if there are any kinds of software that can convert video into articles, yes video into articles and not articles into video.
Like the way dragon software does convert your voice input into writings. So with this, if you have a youtube video with useful content in it, you can just convert it into articles and rewrite the article and use them.
I think this can be a turn around as far as Article marketing is concerned. Since you don't have to be informed in whatever niche you target. You just watch video from the experts in that field and you are hooked.
Let me know if anyone has heard of this.
If not then i should be thinking about creating one.

as far as I know, seems no software does this. the problem is: it is difficult to extra information from the video. even the video has all text in it, it is difficult to figure out the layout and make useful text from it.

      Hi ronsang90,

You have an interesting and unusual question. The reverse of it is common. The need for converting article into video is much greater.

Nevertheless, I didn't hear about that sort of software. So, if you are capable, you need to make one for yourself.

      Many successes,

that would be a LARGE undertaking; it might be possible to use something like "dragon" to follow the speech parts (although it hates music backgrounds), but to convert text on the screen to text on the page? probably have to get with youtube to get a breakdown on their exact video format, and then go from there... interesting suggestion, interesting problem. If you have the chops to go after this, you could have literally thought of a total game-changer. One possible avenue to research? There are some adaptive programs for the blind ("Jaws" is the first one that comes to mind) that converts text on a computer screen to audio... might be a direction to look in.
Good luck, and congrats on your thought!

before you go put in an open-end bid, might contact youtube to see if they'll release their video standards... you can pitch it as an adaptive for blind folks; might help... good luck

There are video transcription services online. You can also hire oDesk people to do the transcription for you.

You can also check out the video transcripts on TED.com. Really nifty. Maybe someone at TED can tell you how they make those transcripts happen. I was also at a conference last year where a vendor featured automatic video-to-text conversion.

I've searched for software to do this many times before and the closest I've found would
only allow you to slow down the audio to a pace where then you could transcribe it yourself.

The latest version of Dragon Naturally Speaking has features that allows you to
convert audio to text. I can't remember which audio formats that it will accept.

    Good Luck with your project.

Be fore warned that creating a software that can understand and transcribe multiple
voices will not be and easy task to accomplish.

When I last checked with other programmers for pricing, it was upwards of 20K and
would still require many tweaks after the product was completed.

    Have a Great Day!
    Michael

PS, If you need to have a Video Transcribed you should check out Fiverr.com.
There are many there that will do it for $5
