Traffic reselling

Hope posting in right spot.
Are traffic selling website(s) good to own in todays market and do people pay to get traffic now days?

    Just speaking for myself, I joined 4 sites that sell traffic. I post on them almost daily to get traffic....too soon to give any results

    Have a chance to start one but wanted input as like the idea of no shipping product and setting my price over outsource's price to make it reasonable but profitable without getting too greedy and hopefully get more business.

    Trust me, Traffic Reselling is EXTREMELY Profitable, let me tell you from a first hand experience that it can be marked up and scaled up if done right, there is an ebook coming out that I got to review, that I was so impressed with, keep your eye out!

    Hi,
    To own a traffic selling website is not appreciative from my side. As far as i know, It is a risky and wastage of money because you don`t know that the traffic you are getting, is related to your website for whom you are promoting. And also Google does not rank such a website in a positive way, if you own traffic selling website.

      That was all about the quality of traffic & what most of us think but as far as owning a traffic selling website is concerned, many make decent amount of money by reselling traffic, search Google for term "website traffic", "get website traffic", "buy website traffic" & you will find out.

      Just my thoughts.

        Yes, there is tons of traffic reselling sites on these days...also, many newbies who sell stuff they even don't know.
        There is many ways to generate traffic, so it is very important when choosing the vendor/supplier.
        Yes, minimum half of those sites sell traffic from bots, that's why it is so cheap and useless in some cases.
        If using expired domains redirect or even full page redirects you can get decent traffic and good average page visits.
        I have to admit, that conversion rate on this traffic is not very high depending on the niche you targeting, but i had very good results with some websites.
        The verdict....it is hard to say how it will work for you, so there is only way - to try, like anything else

        P.S. Competition is very heavy with such sites, so you have to have a good site if you want to succeed.

    Selling traffic is the same as stealing in my opinion. The traffic is either bots or pop unders or something like that and is totally useless for any business venture. Unless a person just wants to bump up their traffic for some reason, such as selling it, then you might just as well flush your money down the toilet.

    I bought some of this when I didn't know better. It was such a waste of time and money. I was very naive, but not any longer.
