site loading speed test

Please Warriors, I'm trying to test the loading speed of this site "online community for soccer fans" the site is built using wordpress and buddypress but a lot of people complain about buddypress being slow and I think the site takes time to load as well so I've been reluctant to do some promotion. I think I need to take people's opinions

Thanks

Just from visiting the site, I can say it is noticeably slower than some sites. Although, I don't think this will harm or bother anyone, it's not painstakingly slow, just... could be better.

A little slow, but not bad. I have certainly seen worse load times given the amount of graphics on the site.

on issues like this one, remind me that the best money invested in outsourcing is for your webmaster unless of course I believe that the time I spend in learning it myself would be worthwhile.

To us human your site seem ok, to Google&geeks aint making them happy yet on their favour consider that attention span of average Iuser is extremelly low and page speed is an issue with certain weight, although not agreeing the big G should apply ranking penalties nonetheless..

You can always get the 'Y Slow' add-on for Firefox and test it yourself. That way you can quickly tweak/test, tweak/test yourself.
