Shouldn't my RSS feed update?

Yesterday i finally converted my old www.1UP-SEO.com from Drupal to Wordpress. I am so happy

So i use the Feedburner plugin as i do on other sites. Everything looks ok.
I write a new post...but the feed still doesnt show the new post?

(When i was on Drupal i always ran cron after each new post...put now i am somewhat lost why the feed didnt update. Anyone have an idea? I dont think i had this problem ever with Wordpress)

Sorry if it's the wrong sub-forum..but maybe someone knows?

FeedBurner - Ping FeedBurner

or it should update in 30 minutes.

It seems that my old robots.txt is still cached which disallowed Google yesterday when i changed the site. Webmaster tools says "Google bot is blocked". But i changed that robots.txt file back yesterday to allow all search engines. Well i might give it some more time and see what happens.
