From Blog Writer to Blog Manager
Moving from a writing position to a management position in my online business has done the following:
- Allowed me to work on many sites and outsource the writing to others.
- Created new opportunities as I can now focus more on JV's and product pitches.
- Forced me to coach other people, which, over time, will teach me the skills necessary to run a coaching program in the future.
- Content management is less effort and more fruitfull than doing it all yourself.
