Is there a WP Toolbar that will do this?

I'm looking for a plugin or script that will make a bottom floating toolbar - like the one at the bottom of this page...

But I'd like it to be more flexible, and allow me to add my own html.

Anyone know of such a script? A WP plugin would be preferable, but any script would do.

    You might just have to patch his php code, at least the heavy lifting is already done,

    There was a very professional looking free opt-in bar mentioned here a while ago, I don't recall the name right now.
