Here's How to Animate Your Twitter Avatar!
Okay if you look at my profile: Twitter / TiffanyDow you'll see how I've animated my Twitter avatar - just a little way to stand out 
I'm waving and mouthing "hi."
Here's how I learned to do it from Penny:
Make a video under 8 seconds in Camtasia - mine's like 3 total seconds. Produce it in Gif format and make the size specs 150x112.
Upload it! Must be under 700kb so I compressed it - there are two options for making the file smaller.
Believe it or not, my AOL browser worked when uploading but my FireFox browser kept saying Twitter is over capacity.
