Think it looks ok - however stick some calls to action on there.

Big banners that say "CLICK HERE" or you might not get many clicks.

Also go through some free Wordpress themes and pick a better theme - that is ok but you need it to "stand out".

I would get rid of the adsense ads, it distracts the visitor from your main mission which is selling Amazon products.

You also have a typo in your header:

"Any think kindle related is here"

I would also change the header. "Kindl Review Site" sounds a bit generic. I don't have a suggestion for you though, sorry.

I would also make your images link to your Amazon affiliate site instead of the image file.

Not sure what it is... More likely than not it's the theme. Too many Adsene ads.

Me not liking it does not mean that it won't convert for you. Get that website to page one and see if you get sales/clicks.

See if your theme has the option to "sticky" a blog post. If it does, I would sticky the actual Kindle review as that's the main subject of the page and most likely what people will be looking for. It's fine to review accessories and software for the kindle, just make them go below the actual Kindle review.

for me horizontal banner would be more beautiful. it will increase your probability to go to amazon from your site as well as increase the rate of conversion too.

I'm not keen on the Getresponse banner it wont be relevant to most visitors and the header is bland imo. Also are you allowed to use the product name in your domain?

I like it, however, the sidebar has a lot of junk going on if you ask me. I would make the reviews of the products longer and add some reviews from actual people.

I like the new theme it looks cleaner and more geared towards the products you are working with. However, it now looks like you could use some more content with the reviews.

I think you should make a sticky page of home page related to kindle review and keep blogging as usual. Potential buyers will get your review on first page without moving to any post and hence you may get more sales. Continuous blogging will help you to get more reputation in google.

Some themes have the option to sticky a blog post in the same way threads can be stickied in a forum. In other words, they stay at the top and everything else starts below them.

The new theme looks great, I think that's the keeper!

I agree with Nate. This might be a tough niche to get into it. Amazon has so many different products you can sell.. They really do have everything to A-Z. What I have been doing lately is building a lot of small stores with like 50 to 300 items focusing in a single product with accessories and addons and it has been working out very well for me... I have also done some big shops like 1shopelectronics.com but this domain is very old and had a crappy script installed before so it lost a lot of ranking but I have seen some improvements with this new script I am using and so far its looking good..

How long did it take you to build this wordpress site? I would try and get a better theme maybe something more flashy.

I'll echo what Nate Rivers said - you picked a product that 347,234 other marketers are targeting (and at least half of them know what they're doing) Of course, I'm making up numbers here, but really, this is a tough product.

Another thing you might want to consider - you'll never get more than 4% because it's electronic...

Scratch that... just checked my list, and I sold a Kindle this month, and I'm sitting at the 6% level right now ... I'll hit 6.5% in another few days - but I'm confused... I thought electronics were limited to 4%???

Another idea - load in the 'Pretty Link' plugin - run all your affiliate links through it, so you get pretty links - and you also get to see stats on how often someone clicks through.

You haven't fixed the typo that Phoebe pointed out.

Using a brand name in your domain could get your site pulled. Just making sure you're aware of that?

The site looks fine but where's the reviews? You don't have a review site for the Kindle, you have a multi-page advert. Amazon already have this themselves. Anybody looking for a review of the Kindle will still be looking for a review after they visit your site, you lose the cookie!

I have to say I am impressed, the amount of "simple" or "clean" sites that I see that are just boring, dull and make me leave the page in seconds is staggering.

It is nice to see you able to pull off a design that is simple, clean and suits your product. Most of all it is visually appealing and the onyl criticism I have is the the widget on the top of the right sidebar with the amazon ad looks liek it should have a title.

Then again I am really obsessive about certain aspects of web pages.

All in all I like it good work.

I generally like the monochromatic look, in this case it makes your site look dreary, I'd say. A color background (no dots) would make the page pop and would enhance the visitor experience.

Hi Mike

The typo is still in the headline, and you should also capitalize the word Kindle as it is a proper noun. Also in hte headline, 'non biased' sounds awkward. I'd suggest unbiased.

I understand what you are saying about the reviews not being done yet, but the few you do have might be better either run under that main stickied one, or at least have 2 or 3 of them linked to at the bottom of the main article.

The best sites in my opinion, are the ones that can review the product and compare it to something similar + being able to highlight all the good things about it. The site makes the Kindle look boring to be honest.

A bit of colour, some creativity and thoughtful criticism in a positive/negative way will definitely be welcomed. To be fair you are listing all the features of the kindle on the main page, but realistically what you need to do is link to the specs on amazon so they can read it there for themselves. Make it open up in a new window.

Rather give a good review on the main page under the picture. Perhaps test the two side by side. Have the one with bulleted benefits and the second page, with your own review written out. The more thorugh you are, the better chance you have of selling it.

As for books in 60 seconds. Illustrate in more detail the type of books they can get, have a few available to download yourself or even better... offer them the chance to subscribe to your list to get a good book once a week for free download. Things like that will get people interested and coming back to your site. Offer more information on different applications that might compliment it etc. Perhaps offer a comprehensive and advanced FAQ of the Kindle.

Mike, the website looks fine. I don't know how it looked when adsense ads were there but now it looks fine.
I think a button to amazon saying "Buy from Amazon" will be nice too. As i can see text only.

Your reviews seem to be very short. The exact same information you share can probabaly be found on some other website to some extent. I would rather write longer reviews that give an honest opinion about the product that you are targeting. You want to make sure you are giving a lot of value to your visitors.

Any conversions? What amazon plan are you following. Don't give up on something until you are ca$hing in.

Your reviews aren't detailed or long enough. You have to provide the user with as much detail as Amazon, and then some more! Look for things Amazon may have missed and so forth..

I figure since you have an assistant or partner in which you send details to that you are already successful, never hurts to give advice anyway

text is to small, go for size 15 or 16, also put the privacy policy & about at the bottom of the page out the way, you don't wont to many distractions in the header
