Looking for Wordpress Plugin that rewards people for Re-tweeting blog post

Hi there,

I've been over Eben Pagan's Ignition (which, is an awesome programme by the way!) & he has said to install a wordpress plugin that rewards re-tweets but for months I have not found one.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
