Looking at your sites where you're providing information, I think using the Wordpress script would give you more flexibility with your site. It would be easy to add posts for new information,a form for a newsletter subscription and various plugins that would enhance your site (even adding affiliate products that compliments your niche).

In firefox...there is an overhang of text text above the buy buton bleeding into the vip box.

I see that you have done a bit of article marketing and all your testimonials and before and after pictures seem to be unique. Good stuff

I would second the advice of putting the site on a word press blog for flexibility and power as you build up your site.

you are ranking in google yahoo and bing for thai surgery although you are not there yet, also thai surgery is not a highly searched keywords. You are going to need more back links

I have purchased your ebook on Thai surgery to check the contents : a couple of thoughts. I was expecting a download of an ebook but was redirected to a page with the information (these pages seldom stay hidden and it doesn't feel as "valuable" as a download.
Whilst I do like the personal story that you convey and found the info useful but not all encompassing, I was expecting more "choice" if you know what I mean. It also seemed directed to the Australian market, I would broaden it and make the copy more international (use of appropriate currencies)

Whilst doing this research, I uncovered a sub niche which I am going to develop. I'll probably start the site with ad sense and I reckon it will take a few months (6 or more ) to get to page 1 as there is some strong competition This should give me a bit of breathing space until I get around to outsource the creation of an ebook for it .
In the meantime, if you did develop your product further , please let me know as I would certainly consider a Joint venture if you were at all interested. But give me a few months .

I think you are on the right track but I would certainly "beef up" the actual product a bit. As of now it reads like a good article but I fear might trigger some refunds as I think people might be expecting something more comprehensive,
I won't refund so don't worry
