I have a Adult website domain for sale - Help me out please

Hope I am not breaking any rules with this question - I want to sell a domain from my client. It's very very targeted and specific for my country (Croatia). My client price is $14000. Since one of the same .com domain name was sold for 10 times that amount (at least) this is very good deal.
I am looking for help from you people who do domain flipping to lend me a hand on this one and we can split the revenue.
I have been on this forum for a while and I know I will find (as always) somebody who could help me out.
