Need Suggestions

I know this isn't a legal website so everything that is suggested here is nothing but advice.
Anyways I worked with somebody else to put together an online course. When it came down to payment time I was screwed. It's not a lot of money, but enough to be pretty pissed off. It was a 50/50 work thing. I created the majority of the product that we're selling people and he did all the editing and website design.
Once I was screwed out of money I decided to move on and never work with him again. He paid me about 25% of what was owed to me. I figured that I'd just move on and work on newer projects.
I just received a phone call tonight that he is pitching our product to some people tomorrow. I'm pretty steamed right now.
What would you do if this happened to you? Would you file a cease and desist order?
