Thanks for that but what I am saying is if you just have your paypal button in your WSO what are the steps to set up the download on paypal?

By the way thanks for that PDF on inserting a paypal button in your WSO. I still look at it sometimes when I need too.

You have to specify a download page that the Paypal purchaser is redirected to upon a successful purchase. What you have to do is upload your PDF or product file to your download page, and use the link for that page when configuring your Paypal button for the WSO.

I strongly warn against this method. People don't return to your site or redirection for many reasons. They close their browser quickly, or redirection isn't being triggered in their browsers, or whatever. Up to quarter of all buyers don't go where they are supposed to go. That's why for such cases you need to implement IPN.
But go for 3rd parties solutions. E-junkie charges you a small monthly fee, Payloadz - a share from each transaction. I'm for e-junkie totally.

  Which ever method you use try to make sure you cover all angles, some people won't get redirected to your download page, or they'll click away expecting an email with a download like.
  
  So make sure they get an email with details of the download link. services like digiresults will automatically add them to an icontact autoresponder and host the files for you.

  If you can't afford for the moment an automated solution you should simply redirect the buyers to a thank you page where they'll have to subscribe to your list in order to access the download page . And you can justify the subscription by telling them that you'll be offering updates.
  
  Also, after the wso starts making money you can buy the RAP program and setup an affiliate program with instant payments.

For an extra $19 per offer, it is a huge winner.

I set up my most recent product up in the WarriorPro affiliate program. That is looking to be a good source of additional revenue, as I am seeing a number of sales coming from affiliates, and I don't have to do anything extra to get that money.

Hi Shannon

Seems to me everyone forgot the obvious solution. Warriors will love it.. No need to invest in Rap , Digi , warrior pro , configuring paypal buttons . Give it away for free. Saves everyone some money , especially buyers .

I am not a seller , well not yet anyway , but from a buyers perpective warrior pro works great. Sometimes we forget what we bought. Yeah that happens. Simply going to warrior pro details all your purchases and you can access from there.
