How can i increase conversion

Hello, i've been involved in the casino affiliate industry for a few months now, the site has finally started to recieve a steady stream of around 40 uniques per day after months of hard work, seo, marketing, articles, you name it.

However, i'm getting lots of visitors looking for tips about casinos.

Now i need help working on getting them through the doors.

Can anyone suggest something i can do to help increase conversion, i might be missing something obvious.

The site is the top one in my signature.

Thanks warriors, much appreciated for any time spent looking.

James

The copy could be better and more engaging. You have too many links and people are confused as to where to go.

Think about what your most wanted response is and focus on that. I would personally focus on getting people to sign up for a free report so you can start building your list.

That's good, but please be specific.

Too many links, i don't understand, should i reduce these into sub topics then without removing the content and pages.

More engaging copy, please give example warriors.

        Thanks for the cool responses.

I agree with this 100% the structure is pretty bad. When looking at the site you really have no idea as to where you should be going. You might try doing a restructure of the site. But keep in mind to that only about 2% of all your visitors are going to convert.

So if you where bringing in a total of 1000 visitors a month you would only get 20 actual interested visitors. Which also means that you would only get about 5-15 actual people who are willing to buy what you have to offer. And frankly looking at the site it is really hard to determain as to what you are trying to get them to do.

How I would test this first. Is I would put some adsense ads in a few different locations. Makeing sure to give each on a different name so that I can see where they are clicking the most. After you figure out where they are clicking the most you cn start removing the adsense and placing your original offers there instead.

You say you're getting lots of visitors looking for tips about casinos, so one solution is obvious: you need to monetize this somehow. You should offer a free report (it can be a simple plr report) on your site and get them to subscribe. Also you can have a pop-up appear after let's say 15 seconds with the same purpose and maybe put an exit script on the site.

One of the best ways to increase conversions is to consider the "commercial intent" of the people who are typing in a given keyword. Let me explain.

People who type in 'casinos' are most likely looking only for information which means that their commercial intent is low.

People who type in 'play blackjack online' are already looking for an opportunity to do so and have a much higher commercial intent - meaning they are a lot more likely to spend money.

You really need to look for keywords which suggest that the people typing them in are ready to open their wallets.

One of my sites ranks #1 in Google for the keyword "buy xxx" The term only gets 100 searches a day, but guess what? I make 1-3 sales per day on that term. It's doing a lot more than just "xxx" which I also rank for.

          Hope that helps!

I personally wouldn't know where to go when I visit your site. There's nothing eye catching.. To many little pictures accross to many hyperlinks.

You should guide the people to where you want to have them.
Add only a few - but big pictures. You need big headlines which catch the attention of the visitor. Offer some "exclusive" bonuses when they play on the poker sites which you're affiliated with. For example e-books on how to beat a casino successfully..

Hope this helps a little bit
