You thoughts? I am not an expert on the subject so I was thinking just a normal sales page, but video sales pages convert better?

I'd recommend to do a split test in order to find out what works best for you. It's hard to predict as conversion is dependent on so many factors.

  I personally prefer no video. This doesn't mean you have to go for a long sales letter, which I didn't like either.
  
  You can play a little around with the design and come up with a nice, clean , and visually attractive sales letter where you give all the information you have to give, but no more than that.

  For what its worth, i find the hybrid approach works best for me. Basically a video, with the salient points covered below the video in short paragraphs and/or bulleted lists . That way you capture two types of audiences, and increase your page's quality score or SEO value should you choose to go that route.

As it's insomnia how about nice quality voiceover and some kind of atmospheric backgrounds, simple like waves or something, if people feel relaxed and feel some kind of effect then they'll be intrigued about your products

also reckon you should do webinars at bedtime for people to listen to in bed to wind down
