Warriors, How Do You Run PC Programs On Mac

I am looking to purchase a few softwares and unfortunately they only work on PC. I have a Mac and I am wondering what my options would be.

Thank you. Parallels seems perfect. I just read about Bootcamp, if I have Bootcamp, would I still need Parallels?
