Every day I check the obituaries. If I don't see my name there, then I know it's going to be a good day!

Another piece of data indicating that American's are most interested in entertainment. No global warming, no cold fusion, no Islam, no international space station. Nope, we get a list bracketed by Britney Spears and American Idol.

Guess that tells us something about the types of markets we should be investing in.

Out of the 10, only 1 is not from entertainment - Obama. Runescape did so well, I'm surprised. What happened to the blizzard games??

Yes, average people are more interested in entertainment than anything else. But most of us aren't targeting average folks.

We're after buyers. Which is why it's important to identify a viable market first and foremost.

Pay attention to the buyers and their wants. Forget the tweens, slackers, and pervs who wanna stare at the blonde of the month (or decade or whatever).
