Thursdays - BEST day for sales

I am currently promoting a product in the Internet Marketing, Making money online niche.

I am finding week after week that Thursdays are my best day for sales. I get the most visitors to my sales page and the conversion rates are best.

Thursdays by far are the best days.
I am curious why this is....
Any ideas?

It is your audience in your niche.

My best day for sales is Tuesday, and I am in the Internet Marketing niche too.

My best days are Tuesdays and I am in IM as well.

Sometimes Sundays, but only if it is rainy and people stay at home

I find middle of the week best, too, in general. Depends on the offer and niche, but in IM I see most sales on Tues., Wed., and Thurs. Weekends are dead. Mondays are often dead. Fridays are hit-or-miss.

I reckon the thoughts behind Thursday nearing the weekend but long enough after payday for people to think about money.

In my niche of self improvement I find that my sales are much higher during the first half of the month than the second. I attribute this to people seeing the start of a month as a fresh start where they can make a positive change.

That is true AND some people only get paid once per month (both my wife and I are in that category). Also, as far as the original comment goes, I've noticed midweek sales are best even on my little Squidoo lenses.

Usally worst sale days are the weekends, it seems that people dont even want to mess with anything on the net when they could be out and about going to movies or church instead of stuck at home on their computer.

Over the last 13 years both newsletter response and sale conversions have generally been best on tues and thurs. The weekend is a close runner up in markets where people still have their day job, unless the weather outside is gorgeous. Mon is busy catching up, wed is hump day and people seem to knuckle down and pay attention to the job. Friday is goof off/night out focused.

Ummm kinda confused by this comment? Do you think perhaps yours is the spammy one? If you knew anything about me (Which you obviously don't) You would know I am not spamming anything on WF I am simply commenting my product sells well on a Thursday lol. Also I don't use adwords fyi LOL! What a random post??

Yes I think this is true! People are more likely to splash out on something before the weekend I guess.

Fridays are the worst for me. Although Saturdays seem to be a bit better.
