Request for resellers license - new to me, please advise

Hey guys,
Ive just received an email from a previous customer for one of my info products who is requesting "reseller pricing". This is for a $297 product.

Im completely new to reseller licensing and master licensing, could someone please offer some advice, or perhaps what figure I should be asking for this?

  • Do some Googling for sample software reseller agreements and make a list of what you like or don't like in those agreements. That's the only advice I can give without seeing your software or knowing the details of it.

    Johnny, are you talking about developer pricing for reselling websites? I know they have that sort of templates.

    It sounds like they are wanting to use your script to create sites and resell them.
  • Sorry guys, its a particular database that is quite unique. The email came from the business owner. Hes a software engineer. I guess they want a master resale license so that they can provide solutions to their clients using my database.

    I was told at a seminar once that a master resale license typically sells for 10X that of the original price.

    Is that correct?
