need expert PHP programmer... India blues...

Hey everyone...

I have a project that is 99% complete but I just can't seem to communicate with the team in India that built this.

I have been trying to explain the final tweaks for my site but they just don't get it.
Language barrier, working via email only... I can't talk on the phone with them... they were great for small simple projects but this one requires better communication I guess.

They have very good rates but when it comes to explaining intricate details of site functionality... I just can't seem to get through to them.

So, I am looking for a new programmer to put some final touches on the sites functionality.

My new site is a "Downline Builder" type site...

Any recommendations are very welcome... I am on my last nerve with these guys and need to get this project hammered out before the end of the year.

      Thank you... I guess the biggest issue is finding a programmer that understands the concept of a "Downline Builder".... basically a marketing system that promotes multiple affiliate programs and provides unique referral ID's for each member based on who referred them...

      This get's a bit complex to explain to a programmer who has never been involved with afiliate/mlm marketing.
