Hey Warriors,

I could not find a thread on this.

I would like to interact more with people visiting my website to increase sales. My site averages 8,000 visitors a day, so I would like my CSR to initiate conversations with people visiting the website.

I prefer a Facebook like bar at the bottom that pop up by my CSR so talk to the website visitors.

What program do you suggest?

    Hi Mukal,

    I have had a fair bit of experience with provide support and although I've not compared it against others I do rather like it.

    You can initiate chats, ask them to rate the response and leave testimonials. You can see what keywords they typed into Google, Yahoo, bing etc and even what page they're currently on and how long for.

    The proactive chat is very useful when they're on an FAQ page or "contact us page".

    Thanks Richard,

    I have user Live Help by Star Develop and did not think it had this feature since I could not get it to work, but found the issue. It is very similar to what you use from looking at your tool and works well.

    The image is ugly, so will have to custom design it.

      Too be honest, like I said, I've not actually used other systems.

      It was recommended to me by someone and I just like all the little bits of information you get.

      What's good is, I get the people on the chats to ask the customer at the end of any chat "Would you mind rating this chat and can we use it as a testimonial?".

      This is good because those on the live chat try very hard as I want to see all the ratings and it's a good way to build up good honest testimonials.
