Affiliate Software for YouTube?

I'm looking to partner with YouTubers and I was wondering whether there's such a thing as affiliate software that can recognise a specific YouTube video URL, and when a potential customer clicks on my company link in the description box (not an affiliate link, just a straight link, e.g. warriorforum.com), a cookie is issued, and the YouTuber gets an affiliate commission if the customer buys something?
