Anybody Has Used www.swreg.org To Handle Payments?

Hi. I need to find a payment alternative to Paypal. I have researched a lot and know about FastSpring (no PLR or IM related products accepted), Plimus (verifies payments manually ) or 2Checkout which costs $50.

I need to accept Paypal payments but I can't due to my country. I see that Ecommerce Provider and Paypal Alternative is offered through SWREG Offers that posibility and the fees are lower than the other alternatives I have mentioned.

Anybody knows something about this company (owned by DigitalRiver)?

    I haven't used them personally, but know some folks that are happy with Alertpay.

      AlertPay does not support Paypal payments. I need to receive Paypal otherwise I could be losing lots and lots of sales.

        Do you sell products or services? If you offer services, perhaps try Elance. I've seen service providers from Colombia on there, so they must have a way of getting payments to them.

      Can I sell ebooks with PayPro Global? It seems that they only allow softwares
