i need a physical product expert...

i am starting an online venture selling custom-built PCs (mostly ubuntu, some windows) online. i have researched the market thoroughly. i will order/construct/install/test these PCs as necessary in my spare time as it is getting started. i have significant money to invest in this business.

my question is, what kind of branding/legal issues should i be concerned about? what are some considerations when starting to sell a branded custom product online?

all your help and time spent is much appreciated!

I sold t shirt printing equipment and I sold cds of my own graphics for tshirt printing.
On both: have your state business licenses, If you are going to incorporate, have that in place. Have the money go to its own bank account. Do not name yourself after a tradename.
If you are selling information about making money, be sure to have a disclaimer notice about the results.
Privacy statements- - there are boiler plate forms - just be truthful about how you collect and use any information.
      Hope that helps
