Paypal Again...

What the hell is happening to paypal...there new policy in India is damn..There new policy says that we need to transfer funds to bank account with in 7 days from the payment date..what the hell?...

What does that mean? You have to withdraw the money and can't leave it there?

I can tell you that the minute my paypal balance is over the threshold for fees ($150.00) I withdraw. I never leave any in there.

Hey contact your RBI and get them to change the rules. Its not paypal you should be chastising but your govt bank.
