Squeeze page question

Hi and thank you for your help,

I downloaded some free squeeze pages from google but i dont see the index file anywhere.

How does it work with that. When i load it to my server to my domain name there is no index.

Please give me some insight how that works.Thanks

    Without knowing what exactly you downloaded, how could someone ever help you?

    Maybe what you downloaded weren't html templates but templates for blogging softwares like Wordpress?

    Just a thought.

      they are html templates but there is no index file

    Not sure what you downloaded but if you have a page that is showing up correctly on your sever that you want to use you can rename that page to index.html and it will show up as your main page on your domain.Hope that will help.

        Becasue you have to give it a name in the meta tag title field.

        You have to open up the file in your HTML editor or something like notepad, find the part where it says something like meta title and put some words in there that you want to use as the title of your page.
