Godaddy Auctions... !?!?

I've had my eye on an expired domain for a few days now. I've been waiting to swoop in at the last minute and drop a large bid on it. So I waited about 2 minutes before the auction "ended" and placed my bid. I'm the lead bidder, $150 under my highest bidding price...

All of the sudden the auction "end" time keeps getting bumped up in two minute intervals... It's happened 4 times already!!!!

My bid is slowly getting closer and closer to my highest bid... but the auction will not end!!!!

This is really some rip off and complete BS!

    If you check the faq's, terms of service, etc... I bet you'll find a provision that if there is active bidding the time is extended. It's not uncommon.

    It's to prevent snipers from getting a domain at the lowest price at the last minute.

    Most domain auctions work in this way, also if someone else bids they extend longer till no more bids. Either bid enough to scare away or walk away yourself.
