I am smelling $300 to $500 in the next couple of days!

I am just excited. I am not into flipping business but discovered that one of my nearly abandoned sites with more than 5K exact Google US searches has just reached US Googles first page... I did a massive linkbuilding for this nearly empty wordpress blog last month before moving to another bigger project and I wasn't aware that it was moving... Now I think I could just fix the content and flip it? What do you think? I am trying to lower my domain inventory and I think this is one of my best chance.....?

    If you haven’t already add ways it can bring in revenue.

    Adsense or any PPC
    Amazon Affiliates
    ClickBank

    The list goes on... If you present your website being able to bring in revenue and if it has started already it becomes alot more enticing to purchase IMO.

    The site has 3 articles but I am not monetizing it yet. Looking at the ranking, I think I'll work with it tomorrow....

      Anyone interested in buying your website will be asking how much is the site earning.

      So it would be a good idea to first have you're site earning, it will be a lt easier to sell it when time comes.

        I think you must monetize it first: adsense, clickbank & Amazon mainly.

        Check your traffic and conversions, maybe squeeze emails on it and start a list.

        When you try to flip a website, one of the most important factors it's the revenue the website provides you, and you need some screen shots to probe it.

        If you use Flippa I recommend you also use Google Analytics to certificate the traffic with them.

    Don't you want to just keep the site and monetize it monthly. Having just three articles and now it's in the first page of google is really great!

    Since you're on first page of Google why not keep the site for yourself, add few cpa offers and you'll make more money in a long run.

      I do not maintain sites that are not in the line of my interest. The reason I registered and researched for this domain is flipping..

    Yes, if you want to get $300 - $500 for it, you will have to get it earning at least $30 a month for several months.

    I'm afraid the days of flipping a blog that has no earnings and only 3 articles for more than $100 are long gone
