What are these images called? Not sure how to find them on the stock image sites.

I was also wondering if I could buy a collection of them instead of searching and buying each one separately.

After having a look on that site it appears they refer to those images as '3d character'. I found this out by first typing in 'animation' so you may want to try both terms when looking for these types of images on image sites.

I didn't think this post would come back up but I'm glad I originally asked the question because of all the great answers that came back (except for this one quoted LOL).

Obviously the royalty free image website is watermarked in the image. I saw that when I originally found it on Google images and posted/linked it in this thread. But, if you don't know what search terms to use on 123rf.com or other sites, it's difficult to find "a collection" of these images (which is what I asked in the original post :rolleyes

Anyway, thanks to everyone who led me in the right direction to find these "3d blanco people."

They are called blanco people

If you do an image search in google for 3d blanco people with text bubble it will give you lots of photos and websites to choose from

Hey Ron,

Why don't you go on to Fiverr and get some custom made for you? or have a look at one of the stock photo sites such as istock or if your looking for free, take a look at morguefile or sxc.hu

You will need to do some searching, but bound to be some where on there.

Hi Ron,

I saw this question come up recently and in the thread there was something in the WSO section.

For the life of me I've no idea what the thread was but it may be worth a search. I had a look and they were great and very cheap.

Not that cheap is probably what you want, they looked the same though. Point is they're definately here, or were.

Edit - found them after a search, these appear to be the female version, you may want to mix and match? 3D Images WSO

Pond5 is a cheaper version of istockphoto.. quality is a bit better on istock, but more expensive.
