Is there a quality Contact Form plugin for Wordpress?

Hey everyone, are there any recommendations out there for a Contact Form plugin for Wordpress?

Something that can collect name, email, phone number, and gives other options?

looking for recommendations.

I personally prefer Easy Contact but as that doesn't have a field for phone numbers, I would suggest Fast Secures Contact Form or maybe Contact Form 7

I've been using Gravity Forms. It's pretty robust.

I use Contact Form 7 Plugin. It's super simple one to integrate with WP.

  I also use Contact Form 7. It is customizable an d really easy to work with. And if you like it is really easy to make various contact forms.
  
  If this is part of your lead collecting strategy then testing various amounts of information and the layout of the fields on the form is an important thing to test.

Gravity Forms is one of the bestest and easiest forms I have used. Especially if you want a lot of easy drag and drop options to work with.

CForms is another option if you need a lot of options and variations. (cforms II » delicious:days)

Contact Form 7 is good for a quick and simple option.

I really like 'Fast Secure Contact Form' , i've used it on a lot of my Wordpress sites. I am not allowed to post links because my link post is too low, but you can find this by searching the WP Plugins Directory or follow the link in my sig
