Article Spinning, Why Revised?

Hi! I know most of you really don't like spinning articles. But I'd just came across this question if you have a better idea.

I've work for a company as a spinner and I wonder why even thou Im done with the spinning the guy wan't me to revise the article.

I'm not an american guy born to be an english speaker but any tips or idea on how to revise the article?

Some of you would say that, spinning is not a good idea and I need to make my own story. Yeah you're right! I just need some wonderful advice.


Let's just say you can get the hang of it if you have the idea of what they are talking about...

I know there are lots of well known writers here on warriorforum that can give me a professional answer.

    Chances are he is a cheap-ass trying to get you to give him more iterations for free, especially if he understands what article spinning is and does.

    He is just asking you to edit the article, and unless he explains what he wants, he may just be playing silly American games.

    When you have the confidence, you can go out on your own, but don't wait to long for that. Start writing your own story, in your spare time now.

    When {done|performed} {correctly|properly|in the right way} article spinning can be {very|enormously|vastly} {beneficial|advantageous}

    My experience is that it's always good to give each version a quick read through to fix any small problems like repeating words or agreement problems.

    I also only generate 4 versions of each article I write. One for my blogs and one for each article directory.

    Just curious how do you spin the articles in your company? Do you manuall rewrite the articles or are there any automated tools that you rely on to spin the articles? I have tested many article rewriter software products and I must say most are not that good in spinning articles. Most of the time you have to fine tune the spinned articles. Anyway, its hard to tell why your boss wants you to rewrite the articles, perhaps he don't the style of the spin articles or etc. You need to figure out his expectations and how he want certain articles to be rewritten.

    If he says to "revise" the article it simply could mean that you probably might have done the article "all right", but it still might read "odd" to a native speaker.

    I KNOW that many writers who are not native english speakers have that problem...and i really can't help there. Only a native speaker or someone knowing a language *perfectly* could point out where and why the article might still be odd.

    (I myself got lots of such articles already where i clearly see that the people have a an "ok" grasp of english...but a native speaker would immediately find that the article is "odd" even if he'd understand the meaning of it )

        I think there are two levels to having an article be "re-used"

        Spinning is simply synonyms or words that have the same meaning substituted with each other to form different combinations so that it can pass automated checking systems.

        Revisions or rewriting, involves more english skill, and is actually more useful - its almost like using an original article's ideas and re-writing your own article.
