TGIF!!! Thank God its FEBRUARY!

So, January was a very below average month for me. The beginning of the month started off pretty good. The last 2 weeks of January was just horrid for me, not a single sale whatsoever!

Now that it is February, I feel like the slate is clean. Maybe it is all in my mentality, but Feb. 1st... made a sale. Feb 2nd, made another sale, and I also have a few other bigger sales I just need to close!

Does this ever happen to any of you? If you have a bad month, does it usually turn around for you once it is a new month!?

    Yeah January is always bad for my business too. Most of my clients got busy with holidays and all so less work on January. But just from 1st Feb, many of them are back and I'm again flooded with work...

    actually, Dec. and Jan. were the best #1 and #2 for the passing 12 months. Feb. seems will be ok. So, it really depends. but, sales up and down, it is normal, IMHO.

    It happens here on a regular basis, In fact, I have little idea of how certain months will turn out. For me it's more day of the week dependent.

      December was wonderful for me... January... not so much. February will be a different story though.

        I think a lot of it's down to Christmas and the whole financial mess the worlds in.

        From a psychological aspect, as people are spending more on presents etc at Christmas (assuming you celebrate it) perhaps they're more inclined to spend money on other things.

        Come January, everyones feeling the pinch. I had a good December but it's been slower across the board in January.

        That's fine though, December makes up for January and it's much more normal now again.

    January I doubled what I made for December, and the first day in February Ive already made half of what I made in the entire month of January.

    Of course I only started midway through november, and am making very little, it just sounds better when you mention income doubling

    I'll be happy so long as the upward trend continues month in month out.

      December I was about $4,000... was a good month... January it was roughly 1,800. Not very good for me since I shoot for a minimum of 2,500 a month. I am hopeful for february though!
