Still not yet contented.....

As of today, I'm still not yet contented with my earnings. But this is better than what I have experienced in the past few years.

So here's the breakdown:

2007 - I'm an idiot MLM guy, only got a check once in a year and gave up. I'm only a student at that time.
2008 - I started joining GPT (Get-Paid-To) sites and earning only $200+ for a single year. Gave up again.
2009 - Started freelancing. I'm earning an average of $100 to $200 per month. Not bad.
2010 - Started learning about internet marketing, SEO, bla bla bla and offering article and link building services to numerous clients. I earned around $200 to $300 per month. I already have numerous domains and one web hosting. But for the last 3 months of 2010, I earned around $500 to $600 per month for my services and "few to nothing" for affiliate products. Bought my first ever dream laptop that I have been targeting for more than 3 years.
2011 - I stick to only one client which I earn at least $700 per project accomplished, and still learning more in the IM world.

BUT......I'M STILL NOT YET CONTENTED.

My real goal is to make money on autopilot for at least $100 a day (few dollars a day can be fine as long it's on autopilot). I've learned enough here on the Warrior Forums and bought lots of WSO's to learn all of their secrets. I really wanted to become an entrepreneur someday, but it's a long way to go.

Anyway, I still have enough fuel in my own tank to believe that it's possible for me to become successful, no matter when it leaks as I keep my engine on.

    • You need to have more control and create something of value. Then automate it.

You could create a site which shows people how to make money the way you are now, drive traffic to it and monetize it. Create a coaching program, membership sites etc.

All can be automated and run by a team you manage later down the road.

You've got a point here Chris. But honestly, I'm not yet ready to be a "coach" because I'm no expert here. Secondly, membership sites are not really on my wish list but I can try but "confused".

Don't tackle anything new until you've gotten good at what you are already working on. Figure out your goal, write a plan to get to it, figure out your daily tasks for that plan, and follow it. You'll get there almost on accident if you keep yourself busy enough.

If you want passive income - sell products or membership.

Don't sell your time unless you're charging a heck load of money for it.

This is not a 'true' passive income because you'll still have to handle customer service if you don't have anybody to do it for you but selling product is the best leverage I can think of : Doing something once - selling it multiple times.

We'll, you got brilliant ideas guys. However, I'm on my way to create a passive income for myself and not giving up in any challenge (no matter my schedule was very busy).

It looks like you've already become quite good at SEO and setting up optimized websites. Why don't you go into business for yourself and build SEO'ed websites promoting Clickbank as well as Amazon affiliate products?

Once you build them and set things up, this will bring you the autopilot/passive income that you're seeking. Working for others and freelancing will never produce the passive income that you want, so it's high time you look into other IM activities like what I've mentioned if you're still interested in this type of income.
