Sorry for making it complicated i have keywords one of them has 20k monthly searches globally an 5k local searches i am in the USA.

I have a product that changes every month i can ship locally like all over the USA through UPS an others but i don't know how to move into International Markets like UK, an others etc.

Especially if my product changes every month how do you get it overseas so fast from the USA or do companies have factories that make the product overseas to distribute internationally.

I just don't want to waste the global search users i am losing just in this keyword 15k pre customers a month.

That's a complicated question, and we really don't have much information to base a response on. What is your product? Are there overseas facilities with production capability? What are the production costs here vs. overseas? What export/import legal issues are you going to be dealing with? What are the social and economic issues in your target countries? Will you need the help of a qualified export/import attorney to deal with contracts and other legal issues? Expanding your business globally can be very complicated and involved. It's one thing if you produce a product here and just ship it to a customer in another country and something completely different if your looking at building overseas subsidiaries and contracting overseas production facilities. You just need to do a lot of research so your prepared.

well if my product changes every month do you think there is enough time to send product from USA to International markets so they get the new product every month on the same day etc.

I have a product that is made here in USA.... maybe it can be made in China or Other places like that, but i ship it here locally(USA) i want to ship internationally do i need to make the product in the USA an send through like containers or airplanes etc. To have distributions overseas.

The question was i am getting 20k globally searches on a keyword to my site. 5k of that is local (USA) i am guessing an i am missing out on 15k possible prospects how can i capitalize on them. Shipping from USA to UK, Or Italy, Or japan etc.

Also my product changes every month its not like the same thing where you can make 20,000 of the same thing an just distribute once on a container an have for 6 months it changes monthly.

    Hi Scoopy,

even if you change the product every month, it seems that the issue is around the cost of shipping it abroad vs the costs of manufacturing it abroad and shipping locally.Factoring in the extra 15000 prospects that you could serve.
Also, would I be right in thinking that these 15000 extra prospects come from a limited amount of countries (maybe broken down as an example: Canada: 6000, UK 5000, rest of europe 2000, rest of the world 2000) , this should help you prioritize which foreign market to cater to first.

From what you say that is all I can infer , however if it was that simple I am sure you would have worked it out yourself without coming here.
Not knowing the products and business model makes it very difficult to give you any sensible advice.
In the UK , where I am based, faced with an issue like this I would go to an organization such as Business link or even talk to my bank manager.
Surely their must be some local trade organization in the US to help US companies export goods?

Let me know if you need more feedback .

    Good luck.

    Manuel
